im sorry babe that hurts i had 2ligaments torn in my should and i kept playing lax and my coach said i was dumb i diloctated my wrist in a game and i kept playing that was dumb and it hurt like you wouldnt know

yea i got my ligaments re-alined a screw in my big toe and tendon transfers my heel shifted and two screws in the heels all this goes for both legs
