to upload videos you must do the following:
1. you must find the video you want.(i usually get them off youtube)
2. you must copy the url.(on youtube its located to the right)
3. go to "keepvid.com" and paste the url in URL/Download bar.
4. Now hit the download button.
5. scroll down and right click on this ">>download<< and click save link as.
6. now save the video wherever you want it and name it whatever you want it.
7. then go to warrior lacrosse warrior nation and click edit my profile or w/e it is.
8. click my media and then add video.
9. now find your video(your saved link) and upload it.
10. if it takes a little long thats normal don't worry.

If you want to upload videos then you will have to download the videos you want to upload first. then just put them in a folder like my videos and upload them just like you upload pictures.
