2007: Jeff Sonke sits 24th among MLL scoring leaders with 18 goals and 8 assists. His 6 goal performance against San Francisco earned him MVP honors and had a hat trick in the win versus Chicago on July 4th. Sonke scored the game winning overtime goal versus Long Island. The two-pointer is the only overtime winner in MLL history.

2001: Scored five goals and added seven assists in his first MLL season…selected 10th overall in 2001 MLL Collegiate Draft
College: Three-time All-American at North Carolina…named to the All-ACC team in both his junior and senior seasons…led the team in scoring three years in a row…scored 102 goals and had 55 assists in his career as a Tar Heel… All-Atlantic Coast Conference Team (2000) … ACC Rookie of the Year (1999) … won the Jay Gallagher Award as the team's outstanding freshman (1999)

I just wanted to some advice about shooting. You have one of the biggest shots in the game, as I have seen at the outlaws games, sitting in the first row, watching one of my favorite players, you Mr. Sonke. So what did you do to make your shot so powerful.

I think that you're the best midfielder in the MLL behind Chazz Woodson, but I probally only think that because I'm an L.A fan. I was at the game where you guys beat the Riptide at their first home game. I was disappointed that LA lost but whatever it was a good game
