Busy Summer - 12:49 p.m. / Sunday September 6th, 2009

What's up Warrior Nation!

Just checking in after a busy summer of lacrosse.  We had a heart breaking loss against Brampton in Peterborough to be eliminated from the Mann Cup semi final...sucks...But on a positive note, one the MLL Championship with the Nationals.  It was a great summer, and just amazing to put a pro championship up on the board.

On a side note, wore both the Tank and Flex arm pads this summer and they are both legit.  Make sure to check them out at a store near you.

More to come after team Canada Camp in Toronto this October.

Keep your heads up.

Just another battle - 12:00 a.m. / Tuesday March 10th, 2009

What's up Warrior Nation!

It's been a couple of weeks since my last blog, I figured it was time to touch base and let you know how the last week has been.

In every lacrosse practice or game there are a series of battles.  The key is to win every one.

Battles are everywhere around us, GB's, Face-offs, a sprint to the box.

I took a spear in the throat in Edmonton two Fridays ago, my chest filled up with air, my throat started to swell close, and I wound up in hospital in Portland for 3 days.  Good news, I chirped all of the nurses, got a ton of ice cream, and was back home in Canada for a week to battle.

This is just another battle, and I hope that all of you are battling just the way a Warrior should.

You will know when I'm back by the trail of carnage that I'm going to leave behind me.

Keep scrappin, picking up loose balls, and holding referees accountable.

Opening Night - 6:00 a.m. / Tuesday January 6th, 2009

Warrior Nation! What's happening?  Just checking in with everyone after our first game of the season with Philadelphia in Buffalo.

We played in front of a sold out crowd at HSBC arena, and lost 15-11.  The game was very fast pased and I was thrilled with all of our young guys.  We have some work ahead of us, but we have a great crew of guys with a ton of talent and unbelievable chemistry.

Our next game is in Rochester next weekend, and it is always a barn burner.

Make sure to check out www.lacrosse.com for all of your sick deals on exclusive Warrior gear through Club Lax.
