no my friend has one and he plays faceoffs...they are steel rods but they are sorta flexable and dont stay bent....but if you play center mid i wouldnt recommend this head unless you play attack or right/left wing....if you want a good faceoff head go with the blade original or the 2.0

It throws pretty good checks and does everything it says it does. The only problem is if your rod bends and the sidewalls break. but either way, one should not be throwing checks like a morron and break their head weither its titanium reinforced or not

Owlsax28 get a Gait Torque. They where $110 now youcan get them for like 50 bucks. Stiffi's are pretty sick...you can dangle if you have a big pocket

I never did like this head...I play defense, and it bends everytime I give a stick check, and I have to bend it back by hand whenever that happens, it sucks!
